We understand you may have reservations about Soleta Golf Club’s impact on the area’s landscape. It’s important to understand that preserving and protecting the area’s natural surroundings has been of utmost importance from the very beginning. 

The project will be environmentally sensitive and will conserve ~130 acres, in addition to the open space of the golf course, including all wetlands, wetland habitat, and land adjacent to the Myakka River.    All flora and fauna will be managed consistent with the extensive requirements of Manatee County, State of Florida, and relevant federal agencies’ codes and ordinances based on a recently completed field survey and research of available databases for documented listed species presence.   

The project will respect the rural nature of east Manatee County with low clustered gross density of less than one home per five acres, native-landscaped buffers, and significant setbacks from all public roads.

The vision for Soleta Golf CLub is to be the first premier and exclusive family golf & country club community in the greater Sarasota marketplace with an emphasis on delivering a family experience and a dedication to comfortable and quality standards in the facilities, amenities, and social programming.

Soleta Golf Club will be the first high-end country club in the Sarasota market with full country club amenities for the entire family. The club amenities will be designed to attract men, women and children.  Not only will the country club boast an 18-hole championship golf course and world-renowned practice facilities, but it will also include tennis and pickleball courts, full service fitness center with spa services, outdoor activities, and a resort style family pool that will include F&B service offerings.  In addition, you'll find miles of trails crisscrossing 150 acres of preserved land and direct, private access to two miles of the Myakka River.
